WedPOV (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a software service at wedpov.com. It helps couples publish a wedding website, collect RSVPs, run a QR guest camera, and gather photos in a shared gallery.

WedPOV is a digital product. We do not sell physical goods. Features include:

• A customizable wedding website on a wedpov.com URL
• Online RSVP and guest list tools on paid plans
• A browser-based QR guest camera
• A shared gallery with host controls and downloads

Free plan limits (including guest camera caps) are described on our pricing page. We may change free limits with notice to account holders.

Hosts create an account to manage a wedding. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Guests do not need a WedPOV account to RSVP or use the guest camera. Hosts are responsible for how they share wedding, camera, and gallery links.

Paid access (Pro and Platinum) is a one-time digital purchase per wedding, not a subscription. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency offered to you.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who is the Merchant of Record. When you pay, you buy from Paddle, not directly from WedPOV, and you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. WedPOV never stores your full card number.

Refunds are described in our refund policy.

You own wedding content you upload and media guests submit to your wedding. You grant WedPOV a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content so the product can work (website, RSVP, camera, gallery, downloads, and support).

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and to collect guest RSVPs and photos for your event. Do not upload content you do not have permission to use.

You may not use WedPOV to:

• Break the law, harass anyone, or send spam
• Upload illegal, pornographic, or exploitative material
• Attempt to access other people’s weddings or accounts
• Probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Resell the service or scrape it for competing products

We may suspend or delete accounts and content that violate these terms.

We aim to keep WedPOV available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Paid gallery hosting lasts until the wedding date plus 12 months on Pro, or plus 2 years on Platinum, unless we state otherwise at purchase. Download your media before hosting ends.

Guest camera and RSVP need an internet connection. Venue Wi‑Fi and cellular coverage are outside our control.

WedPOV’s name, design, software, and templates are ours. You may not copy the product or use our marks without permission, except as needed to use the service.

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for lost photos, missed RSVPs, venue connectivity, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected wedding in the 12 months before the claim.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. Material billing changes will be announced to account holders where practical.
